1. Members Present: Frank Bannister (Secretary-Non Voting), Paul Drumheller (Vice President). Thomas Harker (Treasurer), Jeong Lee (President). and our Management Company Officials (Michael and Eydie). 

2. Issue Discussion: Eydie presented a list of 7 Issues that required either Board Guidance or approval from the date of the board meeting after the annual meeting on 14 December 2023. The issues were presented by Eydie and the board provided guidance as needed. Responses are recorded in the MY HOA application. The Board discussed multiple issues and provided guidance as needed. Results are recorded in the HOA Management site which is available to Board Members and affected Homeowners. List of issues follows:

3. CD Rollover: Tom Harker gave brief financial update on CD Rollover in Edward Jones Account latest statement account as of 31 December was $81,866.46.

4. Accounting Audit: Eydie requested permission to sign engagement for $2500.00 letter and to change CPA Firms for the next Audit. Board discussed the matter at length and approved signing the engagement letter and changing accounting firms.

5. Next Board Meeting: Jeong Lee will scheduled next Board Meeting for June on 27 June 2023 at 1830 Hours. Board will meet at Paul Drumheller’s Home and Management Company will use WEBEX.

6. Adjournment: Board Meeting was adjourned at 1938 hours.
