The annual budget meeting of the Vintage Hills Homeowners Association is scheduled for Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 7:00 PM. We will be holding the meeting via Webex; the meeting information is below:

During the meeting, the board will present the board approved 2025 budget. A vote will also be taken on whether to do an audit of the 2024 tax year. Additionally, our Community Association Managers, along with the board, will preside over an open forum for homeowners to ask questions.
It is important for every homeowner to try to attend this meeting but if you can't attend, please return your enclosed proxy, indicating who you would like to authorize to cast your votes on your behalf. Either email or mail the proxy back, prior to the start of the meeting. Proxies must be submitted prior to the start of the planned meeting time. 29 votes in person or by proxy are required to be able to vote on any business matters.
Please download the Cisco Webex app or software prior to the meeting to save time and make sure you can log in. Call Eydie at 253-322-2122 prior to meeting day for assistance if you want help making sure you have access set up properly and can participate the night of the meeting.
